Transition from LLC to INC

Dorm Mom LLC is in the process of transitioning to Dorm Mom Inc. We began the process today May 23rd, 2012 and hopefully will complete in a couple of weeks.

Dorm Mom is expanding its territories and the LLC entity is not sufficiently meeting our needs. We have contracts and Venture Capital (VC) offerings requiring C - Corp status.

Dorm Mom will form the new INC in the state of Delaware upon dissolving the current entity in New York State.

Dorm Mom provides laundry services, dry cleaning, apartment cleaning and grocery delivery to college students across the United States at very affordable rates to help them save time while concentrating on what matters most.
