Dorm Mom college laundry pickup and delivery service will be available at all colleges and universities across the United States for the fall 2020 semester. The service will begin the first week of classes until Thanksgiving break when most schools will transition from in-person to online classes. Students will have the option to continue using the service if they remain on campus. Students leaving campus can get a refund of the unused portion of the service or a credit to use towards the Spring semester laundry services.
